By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
I have the right to accept or reject commissions under my own criteria.If you have any questions, please contact me.PAYMENTS & PRICING
The final price may vary depending of many factors, such as deadline, asking more characters, wanting to purchase commercial rights, additional props or pets, etc.Deadlines prices will depend of the size of the commission and the days I have to work. Additional characters in the same commission will be charged 100% extra of the base price. Commercial rights are charged 300% extra of the base price. Backgrounds are charged 50% of the base price. Overcomplicated backgrounds are charged 150% of the base price.REVISIONS
The client will have the chance to ask for revisions five times with no charge, after that amount, I will charge 5 USD for each revision exceeding the first free revisions in addition of the base price initially agreed.The whole process has four stages: sketch, lineart, flat color & render. The client can ask for revisions in each stage accordingly and no further revisions can be done after approval.I can not make huge changes such as:• Changing the original canvas size (To a bigger one).
• Change my art style drastically.
• Change the original character I was going to draw.
• Change the character's design.I WON'T accept passive character design requests. This means, I can not do a bunch of tiny changes to the character design till the buyer likes it. If I consider the commission turning into this kind of request, I will draw no further and refund the money accordingly to the process made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Clients asking to be in high priority will be charged depending on their deadline. By knowing this, the less time I have to work, the more money I will charge. If other client(s) asks for priority too, they can pay a little bit more to be even higher on the priority list, the other clients must be informed of this.Usually I take 2-3 business days to finish an icon, and 5-7 business days to finish a Half Body. Take this in consideration if you have a deadline. This does not include the waiting list time and it may vary depending on the complexity of the character's design.USAGE
Commissioning me for an artwork doesn't grant the buyer rights.
The client it's able to use the illustration for streaming and personal use by default, but it's required to ALWAYS give credits in every use.As I, being the creator of the artwork I:• Have the right to publish the illustration to my social media or as a portfolio sample.
• Have prohibited to make profit of the finished commission.
• Will keep in private secret commissions/art in case of being told by the client.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
The client HAS to communicate beforehand the purpose of the purchase, if it's going to be used as for personal usage or if it's going to use them commercially.To gain Commercial Rights of my illustrations, I will charge 300% extra of the base price.To gain Commercial Rights of my emotes, I will charge 50 USD extra for each emote you had purchased, regardless of the base price.The buyer having the commercial rights obligates me to remove the works from the National Directorate of Copyright (NDC) of my country, and it's the client's choice if it wants to submit and have the artwork's rights.By buying the rights, the client it's able to:• Have free will to give credits or not. Make merch, ads, prints any kind of profit with my art. Use it as self-promotion.But, the client it's not allowed to:• Claim the art as theirs (say they drew it). Sell the finished artwork as an adoptable, NFT, bundle, etc.IMPORTANT: Buying the rights, making profit of the artwork and then ask for a refund won't be possible, so make sure that you want to buy the rights knowing this information.Any suspicious behavior or if I suspect that you are trying to scam me, I will no further continue the request, put you in my blacklist and I have the rights of do anything I want with the artwork, including making profit out of it.REFUNDS
Before and after finishing a commission, refunds will not be made, only if I consider to not work with the buyer anymore.If the buyer's request got accepted and it's signed in my waiting list, the commission can not be refunded, no matter of how long the buyer have been waiting in its slot.COMMUNICATION
I speak fluent English and Spanish, no other language, so please communicate with me with any of those languages, sorry for the inconveniences.If I consider that be cannot understand each other, I may reject the request.
